The Service and its original content (excluding the 2048 game logic which is open source) are and will remain the exclusive property of 2048 Games Collection. The "2048" concept is based on the game by Gabriele Cirulli.

The cupcake asset images are used for entertainment purposes.

3. User Conduct

While playing, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt the game servers or analytics.
• Use automated bots that might harm the website's performance.
• Redistribute the game assets without permission.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the game will be bug-free, though we try our best to keep the cupcakes fresh!

We are not responsible for any sudden hunger for real cupcakes caused by playing this game.
